Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Duck
  • 1 Tomato
  • 3 Onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 piece Ginger (sliced)
  • 5 Green Chilly (sliced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped, to garnish)
How to make Duck Curry:
  • Cut the duck into pieces.
  • Grind chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and tomato into a nice paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, onions, green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Shallow fry.
  • Add meat with enough water. Flavor with salt.
  • Stir in garam masala and tomato paste. Cook till the mixture thickens.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
