Ingredients:
  • 1 Duck
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Onions (sliced)
  • 2 Potatoes (sliced)
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Duck Roast:
  • Slice the duck into 6-8 big pieces.
  • Mix with coriander powder, pepper powder, chili powder, cloves, cinnamon, chopped onion, and salt in a pot. Cook until the meat turns tender. Remove the meat and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions and potatoes individually. Remove and keep aside.
  • Put the duck pieces in the same pan and fry.
  • Put the duck pieces back into the gravy and cook until boiling. Remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with fried potatoes and onions.
