Ingredients:
• 5 Eggs
• cup Butter
• cup Sugar
• ltr Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

For Hard Sauce
• 1/3 cup Butter
• tsp Vanilla
• Nutmeg Powder
• 1 cup Sugar (powdered)
How to make Egg Pudding:
Heat a small pan and put butter into it.
As the butter melts, add flour and sugar to it.
When it starts to thicken, add milk to it while stirring.
Cook the butter-milk mixture for 5 minutes and then, remove it from fire.
Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat them.
Add the beaten eggs to the butter-milk mixture, while stirring.
Now, add vanilla to this mixture.
Empty the contents of bowl into a pudding dish.
Heat the oven at 350 degree F, and keep the pudding dish, in a pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes.
Serve the egg pudding with hard sauce

For Hard Sauce
Beat the butter until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar to butter, while beating.
Now add vanilla and keep beating the butter.
Pour the sauce over egg pudding and sprinkle a bit of nutmeg powder.
