  • 5 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ ltr Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

    For Hard Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar (powdered)
How to make Egg Pudding:
  • Heat a small pan and put butter into it.
  • As the butter melts, add flour and sugar to it.
  • When it starts to thicken, add milk to it while stirring.
  • Cook the butter-milk mixture for 5 minutes and then, remove it from fire.
  • Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat them.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the butter-milk mixture, while stirring.
  • Now, add vanilla to this mixture.
  • Empty the contents of bowl into a pudding dish.
  • Heat the oven at 350 degree F, and keep the pudding dish, in a pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes.
  • Serve the egg pudding with hard sauce

    For Hard Sauce
  • Beat the butter until fluffy.
  • Gradually add sugar to butter, while beating.
  • Now add vanilla and keep beating the butter.
  • Pour the sauce over egg pudding and sprinkle a bit of nutmeg powder.
