Ingredients:
  • 2 Eggs (boiled)
  • 4 Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 small Onion
  • ¼ tsp Ginger Paste
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Egg Masala
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
How to make Egg Puffs:
  • Keep the puff pastry sheets refrigerated and remove ½ hour before cooking.
  • Preheat oven at 400 °F.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onion and salt.
  • Stir in ginger paste and garlic paste.
  • Add egg masala and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Slice the eggs into two halves.
  • Smear the puff pastry with the onion mixture and top with half an egg.
  • Apply the mixture on all the inner sides of the pastry and fold up covering the egg. Close and secure properly.
  • Repeat with the rest of the pastry sheets, egg halves, and onion mixture.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
