Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 cup diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup fresh Corn Kernels
  • 1 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make Esquites:
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Stir-fry the onion, green pepper and corn for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. Stir in the hot sauce and serve now.
