| Ingredients: |

• 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
• Handful of Parsley
• 1 Pita Bread, toasted
• ½ Lemon
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ¾ cup, Seedless Cucumber, chopped
• ½ Red Pepper, chopped
• ¼ Sweet Onion, chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste

| How to make Fatoush Salad: |
| • | Toast the pita bread and let it cool. Cut it in small pieces.
|
| • | Take another bowl and mix chopped cucumber, chopped pepper, chopped sweet onion and parsley.
|
| • | Now, add lettuce in it and squeeze half lemon in it, along with extra virgin oil.
|
| • | Put salt and pepper in it as per taste, along with pita croutons.
|
| • | Toss the salad and serve. |
