Ingredients:
• 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
• Handful of Parsley
• 1 Pita Bread, toasted
• ½ Lemon
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ¾ cup, Seedless Cucumber, chopped
• ½ Red Pepper, chopped
• ¼ Sweet Onion, chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
How to make Fatoush Salad:
Toast the pita bread and let it cool. Cut it in small pieces.
Take another bowl and mix chopped cucumber, chopped pepper, chopped sweet onion and parsley.
Now, add lettuce in it and squeeze half lemon in it, along with extra virgin oil.
Put salt and pepper in it as per taste, along with pita croutons.
Toss the salad and serve.
