  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 4 Onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Fenugreek Powder
  • 500 grams (17 ounce) Fish
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 100 grams (3 ounce) Tamarind
How to make Fish Pulusu:
  • Mix the fenugreek powder, chili powder, coriander powder and apply to the fish pieces evenly.
  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Put onion, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry it.
  • Add garlic paste after the onions are reddish brown.
  • Add the tamarind juice into the paste and cook it for a minute.
  • Put the fish pieces which are kept earlier into this gravy.
  • Boil it for a while and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice.
