  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Oil (for frying)
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • ½ Lime (juiced)
How to make Fried Chicken:
  • Mix chicken with turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, and sufficient water in a pressure cooker. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
  • Add cooked chicken and cook on low flame until deep brown.
  • Stir in lemon juice and serve hot.
