  • 24 Bombay Ducks
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 cups Gram Flour
  • 4 tbsp Chilly Powder
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • ½ cup Coriander (chopped)
  • 4 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 cup Oil
How to make Fried Duck:
  • Mix ducks with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, tamarind chutney, coriander, and green chilies. Keep aside.
  • Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and peppercorns into a fine paste.
  • Sift wheat flour and gram flour together in a large plate.
  • Smear the ducks with this paste and roll each duck into flour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the ducks in small batches until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
