  • 2 large Bananas (peeled, thinly sliced)
  • 2 large Oranges (peeled, with pipe removed)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 140 ml Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
How to make Fruit Curd:
  • Mix the sugar, pepper, chili powder, salt and curd together.
  • Add the bananas, oranges to the above-made curd and mix together for 2 minutes.
  • Fruit Curd is ready to serve.
