Ingredients:
  • 1 medium Ripe Banana (sliced)
  • 6 oz can frozen Apple Juice concentrate (thawed)
  • ¼ tsp Coconut extract
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 12 Ice-cubes
  • 8 oz container Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ cup nonfat dry Milk Powder
How to make Fruity Milk Shakes:
  • Combine all the ingredients except honey and ice-cubes in a blender, cover and blend until well mixed.
  • Add honey and ice and cover the blender and process on high speed until the ice is crushed and the mixture is foamy. Pour into the glasses and serve.
