| Ingredients: |

• 1 Cup grated lauki
• 2 Cups Curd
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste

| How to make Ghiya Raita: |
| • | Boiled the ghiya till soft.
|
| • | Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.
|
| • | Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.
|
| • | Add ghiya and blends well.
|
| • | Now add cumin powder, salt and chili powder and mix well.
|
| • | Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve it chilled. |
