Ingredients:
• 1 Cup grated lauki
• 2 Cups Curd
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
How to make Ghiya Raita:
Boiled the ghiya till soft.
Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.
Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.
Add ghiya and blends well.
Now add cumin powder, salt and chili powder and mix well.
Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve it chilled.
