  • 1 Cup grated lauki
  • 2 Cups Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
How to make Ghiya Raita:
  • Boiled the ghiya till soft.
  • Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.
  • Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.
  • Add ghiya and blends well.
  • Now add cumin powder, salt and chili powder and mix well.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve it chilled.
