Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Fish fillets
• 1 Chopped sprig of onion
• 2 tbsp Oil
• For making sauce:
• 3 tsp Grated ginger
• 2 tsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Water
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp Salt
How to make Ginger Fish:
Clean fish fillets properly and cut to the size of serving pieces.
Place the fillets in the baking dish.
Take a pan with oil and heat it.
Prepare a fine paste of all the sauce ingredients and add the paste into it.
Seethe for about 5 minutes.
Pour the preparation over the fillets.
Garnish the dish with chopped onions.
Bake the dish at 350 degree F for about half an hour.
Ginger fish is ready to serve.
