  • 4-5 Ginsengs not dried (soosam)
  • 20 Korean dried Dates (jujube)
  • 17 cups Water
How to make Ginseng Tea:
  • Take a large pot or a vessel, add water and ginseng.
  • Boil the water and simmer it for 4 hours.
  • Remove ginseng from the water.
  • Cut dates lengthwise and remove the seed out.
  • Roll it and press it tightly, slice them and for garnishing put 2-3 on the tea.
  • Serve hot. You can store it in a refrigerator and can drink as energizer by warming it.
  • Ginseng tea or tea bags are available in Korean markets.
Serve it with biscuits.
