Ingredients:
  • ½ Kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Wheat Dough
  • ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Butter or Ghee
How to make Gobi Paratha:
  • First Chop the Gobi into pieces and blend it, add 1 tsp salt and keep it aside for 10 Min.
  • Take a bowl take out the water form gobi and mix all the ingredients together except butter and wheat dough.
  • Now roll the wheat dough in small size and apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of gobi mixture on it and cover the wheat dove form all the sides properly.
  • Slowly roll it in a medium size like chapatti, Keep it on hot pan and cook both the side applying pure ghee or butter.
