1 cup grapes (?? K Cal), 100g sugar (130 Kcal) , 250ml milk (150 K Cal)

This is 280 K Cal not counting the grapes. assuming ~80K Cal in a cup of grapes this is ~ 360 KCal.

Could you suggest ways to make this not so rich?
