  • 2 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • ½ cup Almonds (Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 pinch of White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Parsley (Fresh and Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper (Grounded)
How to make Great Green Salad:
  • Take a large glass bowl and mix mustard, white wine vinegar, pepper, sugar, parsley, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Add avocado too.
  • Now toss salad greens with sugar and salt.
  • Toss the whole thing together and garnish it with almonds and cheese.
Serve alone or with main course meal.
