  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (maida)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 6 Eggs
How to make Greek Pie:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine all the ingredients, except cinnamon, together and knead to form smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into 10-12 small balls and flatten each.
  • Line a cooking sheet on a baking tray and place the flatten balls.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the balls.
  • Bake for about 30-45 minutes, or until brown.
  • Remove and cool.
