  • 1 cup Green Lentil
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1/3 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper
  • 3/4 Mint fresh
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
How to make Green Lentil Salad:
  • Soak lentils overnight in water.
  • Cook them for 25-30 minutes or until it become soft.
  • Cut thin slices of onions, pepper rings, mint leaves, and minced parsley. Mix them well and combine it with lentils.
  • Add salt and red pepper. Mix olive oil and lemon juice together.
  • Arrange lentils in a dish and sprinkle dressing over.
  • Serve cold.
Serve it wit roti or nan.
