Indian Recipes : Green Poori Recipe
Green Poori is a very popular recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Green Puri by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
• 3 Cups wheat flour
• 1/2 Bunch spinach
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 1 tbsp Curds
• Salt to taste
• Ghee for frying
• Warm water
How to make Green Poori:
Sieve the flour and salt together.
Add yogurt and ghee. Mix well.
Grind paalak with little warm water to make thick paste.
Knead the wheat flour to prepare flexible dough.
Keep it under a wet cloth for about 10 minutes.
Prepare small balls from the dough.
Roll out thick pooris from these balls.
Deep-fry the puris in hot ghee.
Turn over when puffed. Fry other side till golden brown.
Green Pooris are ready to serve.
