Ingredients:
  • 910 g Beef (grounded)
  • 1 big Onion
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 stems of Curry Leaves
  • Chili Powder (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Fennel Powder
  • 1 tsp Meat Masala
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Ground Beef Curry:
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onion and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Stir in curry leaves, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, meat masala, and fennel powder. Saute for few minutes.
  • Add in tomatoes and cook.
  • Pour some water, along with coconut milk.
  • Flavor with salt.
  • Shape the ground meat into small balls and put in the gravy. Cover the pan and cook until the meat turns tender.
  • Pour in more water, if required.
  • Uncover the pan and cook until the gravy turns thick.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
