Ingredients:
  • 1 salted Duck Egg (hard-cooked)
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp White Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 head Broccoli (cut into florets)
How to make Ground Pork Cake With Salty Egg:
  • Separate the duck egg yolk from the egg white.
  • Blend the duck egg white in a food processor. Cut the yolk into four pieces.
  • In a bowl mix the ground pork, duck egg white, egg, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper and milk.
  • Allow it to stand for 15 minutes.
  • Take the salted duck egg yolk and put rub on the pork. Smooth the top of the pork till it is even.
  • Top the chops with the broccoli florets.
  • Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes until the meat is browned.
  • Serve with rice.
