• 1 cup Wild Blueberries
• 1 cup Cranberries
• 1 cup Blackberries
• 1 cup Prunes
• 1/2 cup Raspberries
• 10 Strawberries
• 2 Red Apples
• 2 cups Sweet Cherries
• 1 cup Black Plums
• 2 Bananas
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 3 sprigs Fresh Mint

| How to make Healthy Fruit Salad: |
| • | Wash all fruits and mix together after cleaning, peeling, cutting into pieces and so on.
