  • 1 medium size Potato
  • 2 bunches of Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 150 g Bottle Gourd
  • 1 tbsp of Fresh Cream
  • Salt
How to make Healthy Palak Soup:
  • Cut spinach and clean it properly. Blench it using some water.
  • Cook the potato and bottle gourd in a pressure cook.
  • Grind together boiled potato, bottle gourd and cooked spinach into a paste.
  • Boil it in a pan and add salt and pepper powder.
Garnish with cream and serve.
