Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • ½ cup Bamboo Shoots (sliced)
  • 5 Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 5 Red Chilies (diced)
  • 2 Green Onions (diced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
How to make Hot and Sour Chicken Soup:
  • Slice the chicken into slices and heat the broth and water in a container
  • Add mushrooms, ginger, bamboo, chilli, vinegar and soy sauce and then cover the lid and allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes
  • Then add Chicken pieces and stir it gently when you see the chicken turn into different color slowly beat the egg to the soup.
  • Now slowly add corn starch mixed with water until the soup is thicker and then add green onions and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes and then pour the sesame oil on the top.
