  • 1 (15 ounces) can Garbanzo Beans (drained, liquid reserved)
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Sesame Seeds
How to make Hummus:
  • Take a blender and put in the garlic, garbanzo beans, garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin and olive oil.
  • Blend this on a low speed and gradually add in reserved bean liquid, until the consistency is just right.
  • Add in the lemon juice and blend so that it mixes completely.
  • Place in a dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
