  • 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 cups Milk
  • Whipped Cream
How to make Indian Pudding:
  • In a saucepan, over medium heat, add all the ingredients, except milk.
  • Beat thoroughly.
  • Pour in milk slowly, stirring continuously till the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 250°F.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Indian Pudding is ready.
