| Ingredients: |

• 1/2 kg Shrimps
• 1 Tomato, finely chopped
• 2 Onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Coriander leaves, chopped
•
• Masala/Paste:
• 2 Green chilies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp Coriander seeds
• 1" Ginger piece
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• Salt as per taste
• Water as needed

| How to make Indian Shrimp Curry: |
| • | Wash and clean the shrimps.
|
| • | Blend all the ingredients required for the paste/masala.
|
| • | Heat oil in a pan.
|
| • | Fry the onions till golden brown.
|
| • | Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
|
| • | Add the paste and simmer it for 2 minutes.
|
| • | Add shrimps and water as required.
|
| • | Let is cook for 5-10 minutes.
|
| • | Garnish with coriander leaves.
|
