• 1 Custard Apple
• 500 gms Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 6 Meringue Nests (made up of egg white and sugar)

| How to make Jade Symphony: |
| • | Blend the custard apple flesh and lemon juice.
|
| • | Place the mixture in refrigerator until it sets.
|
| • | Fold the whipping cream into frozen custard apple.
|
| • | Keep in refrigerator again.
|
| • | Scoop the frozen mixture into balls and put it in meringue nests.
|
| • | Pour liquor over it and serve. |
