- 1 cup Pecans
- ¼ cup Whole Milk
- 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
How to make Jamoncillo:
- Place a wax paper on a pie pan.
- Blend the whole milk for 2 minutes.
- Place condensed milk over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Mix well with the whole milk and pour into prepared pie pan.
- Garnish with pecans. Allow cooling and cut into desired shape.
