Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Garma masala
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Onions ( finely chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes ( finely chopped)
  • Salt ( to taste)
How to make Kabuli Chana masala:
  • In a cooker add butter and heat it for 2 seconds.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste , add onion and fry it until the onion becomes brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min.
  • Add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric power, garam masala powder and salt.
  • Now add Kabuli Chana and add water sufficiently.
  • Pressure the cooker until the Chana is cooked.
  • Decorate with the coriander leaves.
Suggestions:
serve with poori or kulcha
