  • 500 g Karonda
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 4 cups Water
How to make Karonda Jam:
  • Boil the karonda in the water till it becomes pulpy and soft.
  • Now pour the fruit over a sieve and make a pulp.
  • Take a pan and pour pulp and mix sugar.
  • Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
  • Store in a jar and refrigerate
