  • 3 tsp Green Tea
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 7 tsp Cardamom
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 15 Almonds (ground)
How to make Kashmiri Chai:
  • Take 4 cups of cold water in a bowl, boil three teaspoons green tea for 5-10 minutes.
  • When the liquid turns green, mix cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and almond and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Strain, add sugar to taste (no milk) and serve with almond flakes.
