  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 10 Beans (chopped)
  • 1 big Carrot (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Peas
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 3 tbsp Oil
How to make Kerala Fried Rice:
  • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onion, beans, carrot, peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, and rice.
  • Flavor with. Cook until the rice turns light brown. Remove from heat.
  • Transfer the rice mixture with water to a pressure cooker and cook for around 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • Serve hot.
