  • 75 g Kharbuja or Musk Melon Seeds
  • 30 g Sugar, grounded
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
How to make Kharbuja Ke Beej:
  • Clean the seeds (beej) of musk melon (kharbuja) and let them dry.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan and saute beej in it, for 3-4 minutes or till they turn brown.
  • Now, put grounded sugar in the pan, so that the beej stick to each other
  • Mix well and serve.
