  • 2 Cups wheat flour.
  • 4 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Cup milk.
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
How to make Khasta Roti:
  • Mix baking powder, cumin seeds, salt and ghee with the flour thoroughly.
  • Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
  • Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make paranthas.
  • Place them on heated tawa and cook it well.
  • Serve it with butter.
