  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 liter Orange Juice (pure)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts (optional)
  • 2 Chicken Stock Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed Spices
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
How to make Kibbeh Arnabieh:
  • Fry the onion and pine nuts, till they are slightly brown.
  • Combine tahini, orange and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the tahini mixture to the onions and nuts and bring to a boil, while stirring constantly.
  • Add spices, salt, pepper and chicken cubes and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add Kibbeh, bring to boil, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve at room temperature.
