  • 6 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup Jaggery (grated)
  • 1 cup Rice Flour (sieved)
  • 250 g of Oil or Vanaspati
How to make Koat Pitha:
  • Mix the jaggery and the mashed bananas.
  • Now fold the rice flour gradually into the banana-jaggery mixture.
  • Heat the oil and spoon the batter into the hot oil on medium heat.
  • Fry the pithas till they turn golden brown.
  • Take them out of the oil and place them on tissue paper to drain out the excess oil.
