  • 6 to 8 Young kohlrabi
  • 1 Cup kohlrabi liquid
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika
How to make Kohlrabi:
  • Take out the stem ends from the kohlrabi, peel and slice thin.
  • Cover it with boiling salted water and cook till tender, drain and reserve the liquid.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour to it and mix well.
  • Add kohlrabi liquid to it and add little water if needed.
  • Cook till smooth and thickened, keep stirring.
  • Add kohlrabi, pepper and salt to it and heat to the serving temperature.
  • Add a dash of paprika, before serving it.
