| • | Grind garlic, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and red chillies to make a paste.

| • | Heat the oil and fry sliced onions till golden brown.

| • | Add prepared paste.

| • | Cook it for 5 minutes.

| • | Add prawns and mix it well.
|
| • | Mix chopped onions, coriander leaves and salt.
|
| • | Add water and allow prawns to get cooked.
|
| • | Mix tamarind juice and jaggery.
|
| • | Cook till jaggery is melted.
|
| • | Adorn with fresh coriander leaves.
