  • 5 medium Zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions (sliced)
  • ¼ cup White Vinegar
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Black Pepper (ground, to taste)
How to make Korean Squash:
  • Combine zucchini, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sugar and sesame oil in a large pot.
  • Add black pepper, to taste. Mix the ingredients.
  • Cove the pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes till the zucchini turns tender.
