Ingredients:
  • 3 Frozen Malabar Poratta
  • 4 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 4 tsp Masala Powder
  • 4 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
How to make Kothu Porotta:
  • At first, heat porottas on a tawa and then tear it into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry onions and green chillies.
  • Then add masala powder and salt.
  • When smoke appears, mix the porotta pieces, soy sauce and tomato sauce and stir, till everything blends well.
  • Serve hot.
