Indian Recipes : Laal Maas Recipe

Ingredients:
• 500 gms Lamb
• 3 tbsp Onion paste
• 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp Garlic paste
• 100 gms Curd
• 10 Red chillies
• 100 gms Onions
• 100 gms Oil or ghee
• 10 gms Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala.
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
How to make Laal Maas:
Make paste of coriander seeds and red chillis.
Mix the lamb, coriander paste, onion paste, curd, red chillis, turmeric and salt. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn light brown.
Add lamb mixture and cook it until oil gets separated from the mixture.
Add little water in pan and when it starts boiling, add garlic paste. Simmer the dish until lamb is cooked.
Add more water if needed. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
Laal Maas is ready.
