Ingredients:
  • 500 gm Liver (minced)
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 gm Breadcrumbs
  • 400 gm Whipping Cream
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 10 Anchovies (chopped)
How to make Liver Pate:
  • Heat butter in a pan and fry onion.
  • Stir in breadcrumbs with cream.
  • Mix in eggs with anchovies and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Layer baking papers in a casserole and pour over the mixture. Cover it up with aluminum foil and set the casserole in a high edged baking sheet.
  • Fill baking sheet with water and bake it at 175°C for 2 hrs.
  • Serve it hot with bread slices.
