Indian Recipes : Lobster Sauce Recipe
Lobster Sauce is a traditional French recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Lobster Sauce by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
• 2 Pounds lobster
• 1/2 Cup butter
• 1/2 Cup flour
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 4 Cups cold water
• Few grains cayenne
• Salt to taste
How to make Lobster Sauce:
Remove meat from lobster.
Cut claw meat into dice.
Chop remaining meat.
Cover with water.
Cook till the stock is reduced to half.
Strain it.
Cook butter and flour to make a thick mixture.
Now add strained stock to the cooked butter flour mixture.
Add salt, cayenne, lemon juice and lobster dice.
Lobster sauce is ready.
