  • 2 Pounds lobster
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Cups cold water
  • Few grains cayenne
  • Salt to taste
How to make Lobster Sauce:
  • Remove meat from lobster.
  • Cut claw meat into dice.
  • Chop remaining meat.
  • Cover with water.
  • Cook till the stock is reduced to half.
  • Strain it.
  • Cook butter and flour to make a thick mixture.
  • Now add strained stock to the cooked butter flour mixture.
  • Add salt, cayenne, lemon juice and lobster dice.
  • Lobster sauce is ready.
