  • 4 pills Low Calorie Sugar
  • 1 Egg (whole)
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (low fat)
How to make Low Fat Curd:
  • Take a bowl and put lemon juice, whole egg, grated lemon zest, egg whites and low calorie sugar in it; whisk well.
  • Take a saucepan and put butter in it.
  • After the butter melts, add the above mixture and constantly whisk it for 5-7 minutes.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and serve it warm.
