- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup strained fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 Cup fresh mint, finely chopped
How to make Low Fat Salad:
- Cut Cucumber in thin round slices.
- Mix curd and mint together in a bowl.
- Add cucumber and toss until coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Low Fat Salad is ready.
