  • 400 gms Maida
  • 100 gms Ghee
  • 1 Cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
How to make Luchi:
  • Mix ghee, salt with flour.
  • Add water to prepare dough.
  • Roll out rounds balls and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve with curry.

the recipe is correct; so is the method. But making the luchis gole is the toughest problem for me. I can make near perfect rutis, but my best efforts at making luchi produces a variety of maps! What's the secret?
