Mangalore Bajji Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups maida
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• Butter milk as required
• 3 Green chilies
• A bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
• A pinch soda
• Salt as required
• Oil for deep frying
How to make Mangalore Bajji:
Combine together the maida, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda along with buttermilk, mix well.
Take a pan and heat oil in it.
Make pakoras and deep fry them.

it will taste better without onions, added with coconut kernel peices with coconut chutney

As per my experience, we have to mix all ingredients with butter milk and keep aside atleast for 4-6 hours. Only then the softness will be there.
