This is an all time favourite summer drink that is made with raw mangoes. After a rough day's work, one glass of mango panna is enough to rejuvinate you. The sweetness in the drink is just enough to leave you with an everlasting smile.

  • 2 Raw mangoes
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron strands
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
How to make Mango Panna:
  • Wash the mangoes and cut into chunks.
  • Mix mango chunks and sugar.
  • Boil till the mangoes turn soft.
  • Blend it well.
  • Add cardamom powder and saffron.
  • Boil it.
  • Keep it for cooling.
  • Serve chilled.
